i was thinking about getting this and my question is that will it cost me any thing to run opera mini on the tilt through wifi?

Nope. You never get charged by your carrier for using wi-fi. The only time you'd get charged is at an airport, library, hotel, etc. Otherwise, it's completely free internet access.
Opera Mini is a free download and AT%26amp;T won't charge you anything extra for using it. It's important to understand that you still have to pay for the internet access on the device when you're not on wifi though.

Otherwise, there is no charge for any internet access on wifi ever.
