is there a free internet browser i can download and transfer to my phone. I dont have internet on my phone right now because i dont want to pay for it. Iv heard of Opera Mini but that is just the browser i need the internet itself on my phone any suggestions??

The only way you can get the Web on you phone is to go through your service provider.
It has to be this way as it is their bandwidth you would be using to surf so they have to charge you for the amount you use.
