without having to download anything...just a site where you can go on it for free.

and i hav already heard of opera mini...but it charges to my account if i wanna download it.

because im on contract...and if i go on the internet...it charges extra to my account.

No, if your contract includes no Data Allowance, then it will cost you money to get on the internet. Opera Mini is just another web browser, like Internet Explorer for your PC, you still have to pay for the connection. Check out your Phone company's website, they may give you some data allowance in exchange for a few minutes/texts.

if u are in Singapore,

get to Macdonald, StarBucks, Coffeebean, Bus 65, and many other places,

but mainly in all countries, starbucks has wifi.
My husbands phone connects to the Internet for free, but only if he is in a 'hot' area, and only because that feature on his phone was not locked or encrypted - error on the factory's part. The rest of us pay - sorry about that.
